Create a short AI video clip
Animate a still picture, connect two frames, or continue the previous scene — and understand what each option costs before you press generate.

Open the page and choose Create AI video
In the page editor, the media options are Sketch, photo, or AI image, Video clip (import from your phone), and Create AI video. The last one appears only when the feature is available on your account.Pick the mode
- Prompt only — describe the scene, send no picture.
- Animate an image — one starting frame plus what should happen.
- Connect two frames — a start and an end frame; the clip moves between them.
From page two onward, Continue previous scene is preselected and the prompt is labelled What happens next?
Choose your frames
A frame can come from the current page, a picture on your phone, or a still you scrub to inside a video. Only the single chosen frame is uploaded — never the whole video.Write what happens
Describe motion, not just content. “The dragon slowly turns its head toward the camera and blinks” beats “a dragon”. Short and specific works best at four to eight seconds.Choose quality and duration — and read the price
Economy is the default and the right choice for most pages. Balanced costs more. Cinematic costs a great deal more.

Optionally add sound
Where the quality tier supports generated audio, one collapsed section lets you add spoken words, ambience, and a background-music mood. These are reviewed with the rest of the prompt.Confirm, review, and decide
The button shows the exact charge, for example Generate video · 1 credit, and video always needs a deliberate confirmation. When it arrives, the clip plays for review. Use on page copies it into your project; anything else discards it.
Use video sparingly
A picture book does not need every page to move. One or two animated pages in a ten-page book is striking; ten animated pages is exhausting to watch and expensive to make.
Video is by far the most expensive thing in the app, which reflects what it genuinely costs to produce. We show you the price before every single generation rather than letting you discover it afterwards.
If a generation fails
Failed, refused, or empty generations refund the reserved credits automatically. The backend protects retries of the same active request ID. The current app does not yet restore an in-progress video after a full app restart, so check your balance and Library before starting a replacement request. See understanding credits.
