What to include

The more of this you send, the faster we can fix it:

Your device — for example “Pixel 7a” or “iPhone 13”.
Your OS version — Android 14, iOS 17.4, and so on.
The app version — shown at the bottom of the Account screen.
What you were doing — the screen you were on and what you tapped.
What happened — including the exact wording of any error message.
A screenshot if there was anything on screen worth seeing.

For a problem with one specific book, a .ddstory export of that project lets us reproduce it exactly. See back up and move your projects.

Billing and refunds

Subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google, not by us, so refunds have to go through them:

Apple — reportaproblem.apple.com
Google Play — Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions → Budget and order history

If a purchase went through but the app has not unlocked, that one we can fix — see purchase problems and email us with your account email and approximate purchase time.

Privacy and data requests

For access to your data, correction, or deletion, email support@mcntech.com from the address on your account. See the privacy policy and account deletion.

Accessibility problems

Anything that makes the app hard or impossible to use goes to the front of our queue. Please tell us your device, whether you use a screen reader, and what you were trying to do.

Feature requests

Genuinely welcome. We keep a public roadmap, and requests from actual users are what move things up it. Tell us what you were trying to make and what got in the way — that is more useful to us than a proposed solution.
